A comprehensive 6-month training for qualified counsellors ready to step into the role of supervisor

Are you an experienced counsellor looking to deepen your understanding of clinical supervision and develop the skills to ethically and confidently support other practitioners? The Advanced Specialism in Supervision from Training By Liberty offers a rigorous, reflective, and skills-based journey into the world of professional supervision.

Delivered over one weekend a month for six months, this 60-hour, in-person programme blends theory, ethics, and applied practice across four robust modules:

• Theoretical frameworks and models of supervision

• Practical application and skills development

• Reflective practice and ethical decision-making

• Research methodologies in supervision

You'll gain real-world experience by supervising at least one supervisee over 10 sessions, culminating in a final reflective assessment. Our small group format ensures focused learning, rich discussion, and personalised tutor support throughout.
